My name is Alan Chasinov, and after learning the art of photography in the late 1970's, I spent the next twenty years enjoying photography as a hobby.
Then, in 1998, when digital photography was beginning to show itself as a viable alternative to film, I began to hone my skills with this burgeoning technology. Soon after, I decided to pursue a career as a professional photographer. Since animals and nature have always been a passion of mine, I naturally gravitated toward wildlife photography.
My wife, Beverly Chasinov, has also taken up wildlife photography, but on a part-time basis, and we both share and enjoy this passion together. In fact, we'll be featuring some of her photos on this site as well.
Our Company Philosophy:
Our goal is to capture the beauty of nature at any given moment in time, in the most exquisite detail possible. We hope that ArtWork by Nature's photographs will serve to heighten the awareness of the public to the wide variety of wildlife that exists everywhere around us, on a daily basis.
We also strive through our photographs, to highlight how critically important it is to protect and nurture our natural environment. Everyone of us has a responsibility to ensure that future generations will be able to appreciate and enjoy the same ecological wonders we are so privileged to experience today.
